We are looking for an Associate Customer Development Representative to join our Customer Development team in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the director of Customer Development. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support, channel partners, and customers to expedite the sale and closure of all maintenance and subscription renewals. You will be responsible for managing your region to meet or exceed targets for maintenance and subscription renewals. You will also manage customer contacts at various stages of the customer lifecycle and work as a trusted partner, allowing customers to meet their business objectives with our products. This is a hybrid role, with Tuesday and Thursdays in our Tacoma office You are the ideal candidate if you are a creative, energetic, and self-driven professional, you understand the unique aspects of SaaS customers and their business objectives, and are results driven What you'll do:- Oversee the renewal process for current customers, ensuring accurate quote creation, timely delivery, and follow-up to drive on-time renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Use analytics to track renewal rates, review usage metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve customer retention
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand account history, specific use cases, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
- Maintain accurate records of renewal activities, customer and channel partner interactions, and customer escalations within our CRM system
- Generate regular reports on renewal performance and present findings to customer development leadership management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales operations, account management or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is also acceptable
- Previous experience in SaaS, service renewals, or a related area is preferred
- Solid analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in CRM software
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skills
- Be familiar with the Infoblox Product Suite
- Build relationships internally by creating communication channels with departments, teams, and groups
- Identify and relay customer requests that align with the company's vision
- Collect and analyze customer data to optimize the customer's experience
- Increase customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Aggregate the underlying issues of the product/service, the desires of the customer, and the long-term vision of the company
- Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Demonstrate strong territory management through increased revenue delivery, on-time quotes and renewals, and strong relationships with Account teams and partners
