- Completes required documentation to complete a live birth record for each infant born at CRCH. Maintains knowledge of Electronic Birth Certificate system.
- Completes required documentation to complete a Paternity Establishment record.
- Completes required documentation for Fetal Death reporting. Maintains and shares statistics.
- Works with the healthcare team to maintain a professional and caring environment.
- Maintains confidentiality for patients and staff.
