We seek individuals who are passionate about AI, eager to explore the latest AI and generative AI technologies, and motivated to shape a new team focused on building software for an AI-first world. Ideal candidates have experience integrating AI into enterprise systems and are actively experimenting with emerging AI tools.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 2.5 days per week in our Dearborn, MI office.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Design and build innovative, scalable, and reliable software solutions using diverse programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, and ensure application reliability and performance.
- Continuously monitor, update, and optimize existing software to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay current with technology trends, researching and implementing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development processes and products.
- 1–3 years of software development experience, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Proven ability to design and implement production systems with machine learning and generative AI features.
- Proficiency in Python and other languages (e.g., TypeScript, C++), plus experience with databases and cloud platforms.
- Skilled in Full-stack Engineering using frameworks like React or Vue.
- Experience with PHP and Laravel is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to technical excellence.
