The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest account receivable management companies to hire a Compliance Representative. Headquartered in Longmont, this industry leader works with organizations across all 50 states, providing expert support in managing revenue cycles.
<span style="font-size:11pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Position Summary:<span style="font-size:11pt; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif"> The Compliance Representative position works to resolve disputes on accounts and consumer complaints by conducting research and manages consumer calls and correspondence. This individual needs to be detail oriented and be able to adapt quickly to changes of policies, procedures and work instructions driven by regulatory updates and case law.
<span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Essential functions and responsibilities:
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Reviews and processes consumer correspondence received via mail, fax, email, credit bureau and website
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Conducts reasonable investigations on all disputes including verifying account information such as balance information, consumer demographic information etc.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Submits credit bureau deletion requests for a trade line that is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Drafts responses to consumers via mail and email
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Answers incoming calls and responses to general consumer information inquiries
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Reviews and processes incoming bankruptcy documentation received via mail or email. May also works non-legal and legal bankruptcy dispositions.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Accesses client systems as part of investigation process and to pull documentation supporting the account.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Address inquiries and requests from Accounting Department and Collections Department
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Performs other duties as assigned

- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">1-2 years of previous office administration experience
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Proficient Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Ability to work independently and contribute as a team member.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">Knowledge of FCRA and FDCPA compliance regulations a plus
- <span style="font-size:11pt; line-height:115%; font-family:"Arial", sans-serif">1-2 years of previous experience in collections a plus
