Responsibilities:

• Assist with overseeing and manage the daily operations of the automotive service department
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of all automotive repairs and services
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Schedule and assign work to automotive technicians
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of automotive software systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
