
Leading YC startup providing AI copilot solutions for engineers is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their solo Founder and leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a right-hand and grow in your role alongside the Founder at a growing company with strong market traction. In this role, you will manage the Founder’s inbox and communications, proactively manage calendars, and work cross-functionally with the 30-person team. You will also plan team off-sites and oversee light office operations. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, handles ambiguity, and is eager to expand and take on more in their role. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in-office (Monday, Weds, & Fridays) based in Redwood City. 130-150K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage calendars and scheduling for the Founder, Head of Sales, and another Executive.
- Manage and triage the Founder's inbox to ensure timely follow-through on communications. Draft communications on their behalf.
- Book travel and oversee trip logistics. Create detailed itineraries for seamless travel.
- Organize team off-sites and events.
- Manage light office operations, including vendor relationships and supplies.
- Support the Founder with special projects and research tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Growth mindset with potential to expand into broader operational responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, GSuite, Front, and Trello.
