To help us share this commitment with our community and beyond, we’re seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. This role is essential in telling La Clinica’s story, building awareness of our services, and advancing our mission through smart, impactful communication.

The Marketing Director’s focus is to strengthen La Clinica’s market presence in southern Oregon. The Marketing Director provides strategic oversight of marketing at La Clinica and is responsible for shaping and driving long-term marketing strategies, managing budgets and performance metrics, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and leading team members to meet La Clinica’s organizational goals. The Marketing Director partners with senior leadership, operations, and clinical teams to promote services, grow patient membership, support recruitment, and ensure brand consistency and excellence. The Marketing Director is part of the communication team and shares La Clinica’s story to help meet business goals, promote services, build loyalty and understanding, increase awareness, and increase pride and productivity among employees. This team carries out all communication with truth, accuracy, authenticity, transparency, clarity and timeliness as priorities.

Accountabilities Include

  • Research, design, implement, and evaluate the execution of comprehensive annual marketing plans and strategies that support La Clinica’s strategic initiatives, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals.
  • Direct the annual marketing planning process, including goal setting, budget development, and prioritization of key initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape programs and communications that support organizational growth and visibility.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and support leadership in business decision-making.
  • Lead La Clinica’s advertising strategy and execution, including digital, print, and out-of-home campaigns. Oversee implementation across channels (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including advertising, digital engagement, content development, brand management, and outreach campaigns. Produce ideas and materials for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Define and monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs. Report results to leadership, using data to drive decision-making and refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with employees throughout La Clinica to develop approaches to address business needs through marketing.
  • Collaborate with Communications Specialist on development and creation of social media calendar and content.
  • Support Communications Officer in creation of organizational messages.
  • Participate in the development of La Clinica’s annual communications plan.
  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing-focused events.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing messages with internal communications, development messaging, and equity-driven narratives.
  • Gather information from employees and community partners to create key messages that inform, inspire, and strengthen the position of La Clinica with our internal and external stakeholders in the community.

Required

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
  • Minimum two years’ work experience in marketing, preferably at a healthcare organization
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of online marketing, including on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Basic computer software, including word processing and spread sheets
  • Skills to intervene and promote reconciliation, compromise, and positive outcomes in difficult interactions

Preferred

  • Website management experience
  • Google Ad Grants experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Understanding of printing and online production requirements
  • Experience with customer relationship management system
