Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter at Paint Innovators, Inc. The Painter will be responsible for tasks such as paint application, decorating, coating application, spray painting, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects in the Northwest Arkansas Area.

Qualifications

• Painting and Decorating skills
• Experience in Coatings and Spray Painting
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Experience in commercial and residential painting projects
• Relevant certification or training in painting and coatings is a plus
