Were hiring a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Representative for a well-established security company in Redlands, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Position Highlights:

• Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative (Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire)

• Location: Redlands, CA

• Pay Rate: $21 $25/hour

• Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM 2:00 PM (2432 hours/week, based on workload)

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify customer invoices for accuracy

• Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts in QuickBooks Online

• Follow up with customers on upcoming or past-due invoices via phone and email

• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions

• Assist with general AR-related administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must (1 Year of recent experience required)

• Minium 1 Year of prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions

• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

• Comfortable making customer calls regarding past due invoices in a professional and courteous manner
