Kingsmark Kennels is in search of a Co-Manager (Animal Experience is a plus!) who can help the Team with day-to-day tasks, as well as learn the different kennel positions.

Job Details

  • 35-40+ hours a week.
  • Pay $22.50 an hour with annual evaluations.
  • This is a physically intense position.
  • Must be able to work long shifts and be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Must be a high-energy, hard-working individual, who has superior organizational/time management skills, and great customer service.
  • Must be able to delegate, lead, listen, and take direction.
  • MUST be able to overcome obstacles and be able to solve issues that may arise at the spur of the moment.
  • The candidate needs to be well-articulated, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • The candidate needs to dress presentably/be well-groomed.
  • Must have OPEN availability throughout the week, willing to work some nights or weekends, as well as be available/and or work on holidays.
  • May be on call to help resolve issues over the phone at times.
  • Above all else, they must have a passion for animals.
