The Senior Manager of Marketing will be a key driver in the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Plaza. The position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and lead short-to-long-term integrated marketing plans for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix and Grand Prix Plaza’s calendar of events and activations.
- Spearhead the marketing of Grand Prix Plaza’s year-round programming and retail offerings to drive foot traffic, revenue, and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, other members of the marketing and public relations team, and external vendors/agencies to align marketing strategies with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities across paid and earned media, digital, experiential, influencer, content, OTAs and partnership channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns including brand, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content creation, experiential, and PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with analytics team to establish marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and performance-oriented.
- Partner with senior management to develop strategic insights, executive marketing reviews, and reporting to inform decision-making and continuously refine marketing effectiveness.
- Define and implement multi-year marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation, audience expansion, and competitive differentiation.
- Work cross-functionally with ticketing, sponsorship, hospitality, partnerships, and operations to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in live entertainment, sports, hospitality, or experiential industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven success in leading high-profile marketing campaigns with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, influencer strategy, and experiential activations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and/or motorsports industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities with agility and precision.
