Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Handle scheduling and maintain calendars for team members, including appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems and databases.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
