Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all aspects of events are organized.
- Help in the development and distribution of event materials, including invitations and agendas.
- Maintain event budgets and assist with vendor invoicing and payments.
- Support the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment on-site.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing event experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
