Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with guidance from senior team members
- Manual Soldering (Rework)
- Assembly of enclosures according to precise product specifications
- Ability to work from detailed instructions and conform to strict quality assurance guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of production processes and outcomes, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors
- Assembly and testing of electrical devices
- Adhere to production test protocols and perform computerized record keeping
- Use of hand and power tools
- Operating Selective and Wave Soldering Machine
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of IPC workmanship and soldering standards
- Working knowledge of ESD procedures
- Associate Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail and tones
- Requires 3 years technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Motivated individuals with good attendance, attitude and work ethic.
