L M Construction Co., LLC, (LMCC) is seeking an experienced and driven Project Administrator to join our close-knit team of professionals. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of our commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and the leadership team across multiple construction projects.
  • Generate and manage project documentation such as Letters of Intent, Subcontracts, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Ownership and Subcontract Change Orders.
  • Track project progress and ensure accurate records are maintained in accordance with LMCC standards.
  • Coordinate and attend weekly project and site meetings as needed; record and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
  • Review contractor insurance certificates and licenses to ensure compliance prior to project engagement.
  • Maintain organized project files within the LMCC system and follow the LMCC Project Management Guide to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Facilitate project onboarding by supporting job turnover meetings between Estimating and Project Management teams.
  • Coordinate with the LMCC Contract Administrator on the issuance, execution, and tracking of all project-related contracts.
  • Support Accounting Department as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal teams to support seamless project delivery.
  • Develop a strong understanding of LMCC's internal tools and systems (ProCore, Microsoft Project, Office Suite) and apply them proficiently in day-to-day tasks.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and time management to prioritize and complete tasks across multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role, preferably within commercial construction or related industries.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and able to work on-site at our main office.
