- Leading and managing production processes in the mechanical shop, ensuring efficient and high-quality output
- Developing and implementing process improvements, including root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Collaborating with development program teams to support mechanical shop efforts and evaluate new parts for production
- Designing for manufacturing reviews to ensure producibility and efficiency
