Hybrid role 3X a week in office in Elk Grove, CA; no remote capabilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Intern to join our dynamic QA team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on building the next generation of our core business solutions. As part of our entrepreneurial team, you’ll be expected to adapt quickly and contribute effectively.

Position Responsibilities - Other Duties May Be Assigned

• Apply industry best practices in quality assurance, including various testing methodologies such as black box, white box, regression, and smoke testing.
• Participate in daily QA activities alongside team members, including bug tracking and documentation using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr).
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and document issues—capturing screenshots and detailed steps to aid in resolution.
• Contribute to test automation efforts using standard industry tools.
  
  

Position Requirements

To be eligible for the ALLDATA internship program, candidates must be enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college or university for the entire duration of the internship.

• Completion of at least three years of college coursework.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++, python), front-end scripting (JavaScript), and relational database principles
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web technologies.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively within set timelines.
• High attention to detail.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  
  

The salary range for this position is $24 - $30/hour.
