  • Job Title: Supply Planning Analyst
  • Job Summary: Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. This role, based on data analysis, will create accurate supply plans, align procurement with demand forecasts, and optimize inventory across our global network.

What you’ll do

  • Optimize and develop supply forecasting model based on historical and cyclical nature of the industry.
  • Identify and own Supply Planning KPIs to identify gaps that require improvements.
  • Utilize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to track KPI’s.
  • Create data visualization reports based on business performance trends and other metrics.
  • Lead report analyzation in all areas of supply planning as it relates to the Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvements related to supply planning and support this effort across the entire Supply Chain which includes production, demand planning, logistics and sales.
  • Key participant in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
  • Develop and model a culture where planning becomes predictive rather than reactive.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM or other similar-ERP based planning systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Data visualization experience utilizing analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Core strength in data modeling programs and best practices.
  • Change facilitator with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Desire to take initiative and develop a proactive relationship with various S&OP stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $93,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. The full range is $93,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
