Knowledge & Skills
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- A two year college degree, completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of an extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
- Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature.
- Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
- Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
- In-depth knowledge of credit union operations, practices and procedures.
- Strong management and leadership skills; ability to work in a strong, collaborative team environment.
- Above average listening, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and goal oriented.
- Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Professionalism in appearance, dress and attitude is required.
- Must be able to operate related computer software and business equipment.
