We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our

growing team in Kansas City. This role is essential in supporting the upkeep and appeal of our

community through a mix of unit turns, mild-to-moderate rehabs, and general property

maintenance. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in your craftsmanship and

What You’ll Do

Unit Turns & Rehabs

  • Prepare homes for new residents by handling cleaning, painting, flooring, fixture

replacements, and light remodeling

  • Tackle rehab work such as drywall patching, cabinet or countertop replacements, and

trim installation

  • Deliver work that meets company standards and stays within designated timelines

General Maintenance & Repairs

  • Respond to service requests in occupied homes (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC

troubleshooting)

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
  • Handle tasks like utility hookups, skirting repairs, and exterior home upkeep

Community Support & Property Care

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas and vacant lots
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting any needed repairs
  • Support seasonal landscaping and outdoor upkeep

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential or manufactured home maintenance
  • Well-rounded skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
  • HVAC certification is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
