Job Description

SPM Residential Services is seeking a organized, reliable, and communicative professional to join our team in an Administrative Support role. This position plays a key part in keeping our property management operations running smoothly.

About The Role

As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you'll primarily support our maintenance and property management processes. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting tenant maintenance issues, dispatching vendors, and following up to ensure work is completed. In addition, you’ll assist with a variety of property tasks—like inspections, taking marketing photos, installing lockboxes, and other hands-on field work that supports our property managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance issues: gather details, walk tenants through basic troubleshooting steps, and determine next steps
  • Dispatch and coordinate with vendors, track progress, and follow up to confirm completion
  • Monitor maintenance workflows and help keep property notes up to date
  • Assist with property inspections, take photos, and document property conditions
  • Install lockboxes, signage, and other physical items at properties
  • Support the property management team with various admin and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • A calm and solution-oriented mindset when handling issues
  • Comfortable working both at a desk and in the field
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to properties as needed
  • Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or administrative support is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
