Are you looking to grow your career in client management and commercial landscaping? This is your opportunity to join an established, fast-paced, and innovative landscape services company. As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work alongside industry leaders, manage top-tier accounts, and help deliver exceptional outdoor spaces across the Denver metro area.
What You'll Do
- Support Senior Account Managers with scheduling, client communication, and operational oversight
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
- Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and identify enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless execution of services
- Assist with estimating, proposals, and tracking job costs using industry software
- Develop strong relationships with clients, property managers, and stakeholders
- Identify and support sales opportunities through upselling and lead generation
- Deliver outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior-level role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Aspire software experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
