Position Description: Provides technical consulting and project management support for environmental, health, and safety compliance projects for a variety of iSi customers in accordance with applicable regulations. Position Responsibilities: Assist with the management of environmental, health, and safety compliance projects including sampling, permitting, auditing, reporting, plan development, inspections, and training
Maintain and expand knowledge of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
Conduct site sampling; review and prepare documentation
Ensure quality of sampling and laboratory data
Develop tables, charts, and field sampling reports
Conduct compliance inspections
Participate on the spill response team as needed
Develop knowledge of client facilities and operations
Provide customer service to a variety of client representatives and local, state, and federal agencies
Assist with project management related tasks such as cost and budget estimation, planning, and scheduling
Write reports, letters, and other project documents
Participate in preparing proposals
Contact and contract with various subcontractors
Assist with other environmental, health, and safety projects
Operate motor vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable regulations
Provide additional support as needed
Maintain and operate field sampling equipment to include various pumps, meters, microscopes, etc. Maintain and calibrate four-way gas meters for departments Maintain field lab accreditation requirements and ensure company field laboratory is maintained appropriately Assist Project Managers with Phase 1 Environmental Assessments Conduct Fit-Testing to employees and clients Conduct training for Respiratory Protection and Forklift in a classroom/practical setting Complete AutoCad projects for Project Managers Track equipment and SCBA equipment for calibration needs Participate and lead routine internal safety initiatives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education and Experience -
~ Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to walk, stand, sit, see, hear, read, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with internal and external customers. The employee is often required to bend; kneel; crouch; climb stairs and ladders; balance; and use the arms to push, pull, or reach in all directions. The employee is occasionally required to crawl and subject to repetitive motion activities. Manual dexterity is required for reaching and lifting of small objects (up to 40 pounds) and operating equipment. The employee must be able to operate motor vehicles.
~ Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee spends most of their time indoors, but may have significant amounts of time outdoors. The employee is often exposed to heat in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, cold below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, noise levels requiring one to shout to be heard, hazards posing risk of bodily injury, heights over 4 feet, and fumes or odors. The employee may occasionally be required to wear a full-face respirator.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field AND 2 years experience in the environmental, health, and safety field; OR 5 years experience in the environmental, health, and safety field
