The Role, At a Glance
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Recruiter to join our team at Biamp. Biamp is known for
creating extraordinary audio/visual experiences, and our Recruiting and Onboarding Team is crucial
in our quest to bring in the best talent to achieve that goal. This role will be responsible for facilitating
full-cycle recruiting and supporting the development and execution of our company-wide recruiting
strategy. The Recruiter will act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates,
manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, and ensure a consistent, high-quality
candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in helping us build a high-performing and
innovative workforce.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Recruiter to join our team at Biamp. Biamp is known for

in our quest to bring in the best talent to achieve that goal. This role will be responsible for facilitating
full-cycle recruiting and supporting the development and execution of our company-wide recruiting
strategy. The Recruiter will act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates,
manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, and ensure a consistent, high-quality
candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in helping us build a high-performing and
innovative workforce.
How You'll Contribute
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on effective recruitment strategies. Lead intake meetings and provide regular updates to hiring teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, particularly in technical and manufacturing roles
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach to attract top talent
- Maintain and optimize the ATS workflows, ensuring candidate data is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with internal procedures
- Together with the Talent Acquisition Manager, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring journey
- Serve as a trusted advisor on interviewing techniques, evaluation criteria, and equitable hiring practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the company’s employer brand through outreach, networking, and participation in relevant industry events and career fairs
- Help support existing internship program initiatives, including participating in screening and hiring events as necessary
- Act as the ATS subject matter expert, supporting configuration, training, and troubleshooting for the recruiting team and broader organization
- Participate in broader talent acquisition strategy discussions, bringing forward insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
- Perform additional recruiting and people operations-related duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a manufacturing, technical, or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with recruiting for specialized roles in engineering, manufacturing operations, and audio visual technologies is a plus
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment pipelines, and hiring best practices
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), with the ability to manage workflows, generate reports, and drive system adoption
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and manage a high volume of requisitions effectively
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs and making informed decisions
- Experience supporting or developing recruiting strategy initiatives is strongly preferred
- Creative, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Biamp is an in-office first environment – you’ll be expected to be onsite the majority of the time with opportunity to be flexible as life requires
