Description

What We’re Looking For

Travelpro is seeking a passionate and highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand and products to life through engaging and impactful motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and animation — delivering high-quality content across digital, social, web, video, retail, and emerging platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping to tell the Travelpro story in new and innovative ways that inspire travel.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Concept, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product launches, social media, e-commerce, video content, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to develop storytelling that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Design dynamic product showcases, explainer videos, social media reels, animated graphics, GIFs, and interactive content.
  • Create and optimize assets for multiple platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, display ads, web banners, etc.).
  • Partner with videographers, photographers, editors, and external vendors to integrate motion graphics into live action video and photo content.
  • Stay current on motion design trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools to continuously elevate the brand's creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Support the Brand Director and design team with graphic design duties that might not require animation.
  • Support the design and marketing team with photo editing, illustration, and icon design by creating and delivering graphics in various media or formats to be used on web, mobile, etc.
  • Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques, contemporary trends in production design, and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards, maintaining and following best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • BFA or BS in Graphic Design or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of professional motion design experience in an agency, brand, or studio setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across motion design, animation, and video graphics.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or 3D animation software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of color theory, typography, sound design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing content for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, provide creative solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and can balance creative vision with business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong leadership instincts with an ability to mentor and support teammates as needed.
  • Highly attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all work.
  • Personal integrity, credibility, and a strong sense of ownership for delivering great work.
  • A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude to every project.
