Global Capital Markets Executive Assistant. Global Capital Markets (GCM) is the centralized derivatives and capital markets group responsible for hedging the market risks of Corebridge Financial and affiliates. These market risks include interest rate, currency, equity, inflation, and other market risks. GCM manages the asset financing and short-term investment portfolios of the Parent Company as well as many of the Operating Companies. GCM is also responsible for executing the debt and equity capital markets activities of Corebridge Financial.
The GCM Executive Assistant will be part of GCM’s Front Office team and perform critical components of daily confirmation processing support document management processes, assist on other ad hoc needs and execute administration duties.

The group supports a broad spectrum of products including short term investment, finance trading, and OTC derivative markets: Fixed Income, Equity, Credit and Foreign Exchange. Responsibilities
- Generating, updating, managing approval workflows and storing derivative trade confirmations and other trade documentation.
- Correcting confirmation errors and ensuring all versions & databases are updated accordingly.
- Performing daily confirm reconciliations v. counterparties and notifying trading and legal teams of any discrepancies.
- Maintaining trade confirmation databases and preparation of any regular and ad hoc reports.
- Managing the communication and exchange of confirmations with all counterparties.
- Will work on various projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by management.
- Performing any administrative functions needed by the GCM team including expense management, scheduling and event planning.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial markets with willingness to learn.
- Prior knowledge of IDSA documentation is a benefit.
- Prior experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Detail oriented, organized and flexible enough to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, energetic, team player
- Proactive problem solving skills.
