
JOB SUMMARY:
The Total rewards Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the Compensation and Benefits teams by managing key tasks in compensation research and response, Benefits data management, and the creation of insightful, strategic reports. This position involves ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and industry best practices.
With a focus on data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement, this role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality. The role will work closely with senior team members to support compensation and benefits initiatives through research, response to inquiries and data management.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Compensation and Benefits teams in building new reports, trackers, and databases that directly support compensation strategy, analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Regularly update and refine compensation and benefits related reports, trackers, and databases, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Research and compile compensation and benefits and market data for special reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and reflective of current market trends.
- Handle sensitive and confidential compensation and financial data, exercising discretion in managing and disseminating information.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect roles within the organization and comply with organizational and legal standards.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to assist in strategic total rewards decisions and ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities within Benefits & Compensation as needed, contributing to a variety of initiatives that support organizational goals.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting, along with solid skills in other Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain sensitive data in a confidential manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Excellent oral and written communication/interpersonal skills are essential.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; quantitative reasoning skills.
