Position Overview
The Business Operations team is focused on solving some of Ambient.ai’s most high-impact business challenges and laying the foundation for our next phase of growth.
In this role, you will initially partner with our Revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to drive analytical rigor and operational excellence. Over time, the scope will expand to include key projects across Product, Finance, and broader company operations, offering the opportunity to impact almost every aspect of the business.
Responsibilities
We take a market-based approach to pay here at Ambient.ai, and pay may vary depending on multiple factors. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, level, market conditions, and internal parity.
Base salary is just one component of our total rewards package. As a fast-growing start-up, our regular employees are also granted stock options, and an opportunity to succeed when Ambient.ai succeeds. As a young start-up with product market fit, our stock upside is substantial, and a large part of our total rewards strategy.
The Pay Scale Below Represents The Starting Base Salary Range We Expect To Pay For This Position, And Is Subject To Change*
SF Bay Area: $130,000 - $150,000

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute key projects that impact functional effectiveness, operations, and long-term success
- Serve as a value-added partner to senior leaders and functional teams
- Develop and track key company KPIs to drive execution and surface opportunities for operational improvement
- Design, implement, and optimize complex business systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and partnerships for Ambient.ai
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
