We're seeking a Graphics Engineer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about rendering, performance, and pushing visual boundaries across PC and console platforms. You'll work closely with engineers and designers to bring cutting-edge visuals to life.

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time graphics systems and rendering pipelines
- Optimize rendering performance across platforms (PC and console)
- Implement new visual features and effects using modern graphics APIs
- Collaborate with gameplay and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration
- Write clean, maintainable, portable C++ code
- Debug complex issues across platforms and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques in real-time rendering
- 5+ years of experience with C++ and graphics programming
- Deep understanding of rendering pipelines and GPU programming
- Experience optimizing for PC and consoles
- Familiarity with modern rendering APIs (D3D12, Vulkan, AGC)
- Strong debugging and performance analysis skills
- Passion for graphics programming and continuous learning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
