• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Coordinate driving assessments and background checks
• Onboard new drivers and facilitate training
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience
• Familiarity with transportation industry licensing and requirements
• Strong organizational skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business.
• Experience in driver staffing or transportation industry
