We require a dynamic and experienced Client Partner in the Media & Communication vertical committed to long-term client engagement and growth. A strategic thinker and relationship builder who can engage with senior stakeholders, promote business development, and ensure high customer satisfaction results is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients in the Media/Hi-Tech domain.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with CXO-level and senior stakeholders.
- Drive account growth through consultative selling and strategic business development.
- Develop, update, and execute account and opportunity plans, aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
- Own the end-to-end account management, including revenue, bookings, operating margin (OM), and delivery satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand footprint within the client’s ecosystem by engaging across business units and geographies.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client priorities and market trends.
- Navigate and maintain relationships with Procurement and Supplier Management teams to ensure smooth contract execution, invoicing, and collections.
- Engage regularly with the client's IS/IT leadership (CIO, VPs, Directors) to offer insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a client partner or Account Executive role, managing large-scale enterprise relationships.
- Demonstrated success in selling media and entertainment services, preferably within Tier-1 or Tier-2 technology services organizations.
- Experience in managing multi-million USD accounts across global geographies.
- Strong domain expertise in Media and Hi-Tech, ideally with knowledge of streaming services/OTT platforms/Network services.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
