Rebolt is the all-in-one marketing kit for home service businesses, powered by AI (think electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)

In under 5 minutes, a plumber in Atlanta or a electrician in Colorado can build an SEO optimized website, start posting to a variety of social media platforms, and optimize their Google Business Profile, which can lead to thousands of dollars of new business they would never have seen otherwise, all through Rebolt, powered by AI.

In just 11 months, we’ve grown our team to 15, power 500+ service businesses nationwide, and have teamed up with industry giants to put our cutting-edge tech in the hands of the people who keep America running.

We’re looking for definite optimists to bring onto our team. Not just people who “envision” the future, but those who can plan, build, and execute on it. We don’t like to leave things up to chance. We’re here to win.

About Us

• We are a tight-knit team of 15 who are exceptionally ambitious and move incredibly fast. We ship products, produce results, and come with a Day 1 mentality every day. We have a bias towards action and have a “figure it out” mentality.
• We just closed a $3 million seed round, led by Wischoff Ventures with backing from Antler and First Harmonic’s Ali Rowghani and JJ Fliegelman. Bringing our total funding to just under $5M.
• We’ve experienced rapid growth after our first 11 months of launching, and have plenty of runway :)

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone as ambitious, driven, and excited about our vision as us. Our perfect candidate would have the following experiences/capabilities:

• Proven community builder with real growth metrics (e.g. took this community from here → here)
• Hands-on creator who films, edits, posts, and replies daily
• Track record of growing social media accounts
• Comfortable in every format: shorts, YouTube, podcasts, etc
• Advanced video + image editing (Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut, Photoshop/Figma)
• Fiercely self-directed; hits goals without hand-holding in a startup pace
• Experience working at startups
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for planning, capturing, and editing compelling content that is informative and attractive to home service business pros
• Have an eye for good content
• Has the ability to build hype
• Edit and produce engaging videos and static content
• Run and manage all our social media platforms with flair and creativity consistently
• Build and nurture a vibrant community aimed at home service pros
• Execute on a podcast with home service business pros
• Strategize and implement innovative social media campaigns to grow our following and drive new business
• Handle everything social media-related
• Communicate with GTM team on funnel optimization, and engineering for product feedback
• You are the secret weapon at our company. This is NOT a senior role. We want hustlers.
  
  

Compensation

• $75-85k salary (dependent on experience)
• Equity package
• Our office is right next to John Wayne Airport in Irvine, CA

• Destination Airbnb company work retreats 2-3 times a year
