Synopsis

Through the direction of and coordination with the Senior Business Analyst, assist in all facets of operational planning, implementation, execution, tracking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on projects to include cost-savings and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Coordinate with corporate and facility leadership to determine both external and internal cost savings opportunities.
• Assist corporate and facility leadership by assessing Key Performance Indicators to help in determining areas of improvement and key focal points.
• Contribute through data assessment to determine stock levels/maintenance to best satisfy the customers.
• Ability prepare and present on any operational facets. Audience will be 5-10 individuals consistently and larger groups as needed.
• Compile, prepare, assess and present data information on any operational and sales facets to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of corporate and facility planning and decisions.
• Extrapolate data from ERP system(s) and other programs. Then, put data in useful format to assist in strategy development and business decisions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, uncover performance drivers, and recommend actionable strategies, while regularly pulling and interpreting reports from CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support revenue optimization efforts.
  
  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or related field is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to create dashboards and present financial insights effectively.
• Advanced ability to use the Microsoft Office package and miscellaneous internal computer systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel ability.
• Ability to navigate ERP system(s) and data mine pertinent information.

• Quality – must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; must monitor own work to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Technical – advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas. Ability to navigate ERP system(s) and data mine pertinent information. Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
