We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Mazda of Columbia in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, have a strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair, and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle assessments
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure prompt and quality service

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Will consider experience in other customer service or sales positions, with a proven record of success
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
