Overview
Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Equipment Maintenance Coordinator is to lead the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance service to all process equipment. This includes preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and automated equipment. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Equipment Maintenance Coordinator will report to the Engineering Program Manager of the Company.

Principal Duties
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems and processes.
- Directs maintenance technicians in the installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant.
- Oversees maintenance of processes in order to reduce mechanical and electrical downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency.
- Ensures preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.
- Leads, trains, and mentors a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently
- Manages spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed and maintaining accurate records
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair as needed
- Provides long-term solutions to all operating teams having issues with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, etc.
- Other duties as directed by Management.

- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience or associate degree with 10 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Have previous food and/or beverage industry experience, and high-speed packaging experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams

- Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nonstandard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
