Location: Live Oak, FL

Shift: Full-Time - All Shifts Available

Job Summary:

Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Suwannee is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure that residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires and providing ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
