Sr. Product Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define, develop, and execute our product vision—from concept through successful delivery and continuous improvement. In this high-impact role, you will shape the product roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, and drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, customer empathy, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Conduct deep market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction and innovation.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories that guide engineering and design teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
• Analyze product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and business impact.
• Drive strong stakeholder communication, including presentations to executive leadership and cross-departmental alignment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for exceptional user experience across the product lifecycle.
• Champion Agile best practices and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of launching successful products from concept through delivery and iteration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to validate decisions and guide prioritization.
• Customer-first mindset with a history of translating user insights into impactful product solutions.
• Software development experience or strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on architecture and trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
• Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, and AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills—able to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and make smart trade-offs using structured frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated adaptability and a growth mindset—able to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
