Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage databases, and create reports and data queries as needed.
• Assist in periodic financial closing activities, including inventory valuation.
• Review and verify inventory data for accuracy and support financial recordkeeping with appropriate entries.
• Maintain and update cost data and product structure information for produced goods.
• Support periodic reviews of financial records and statements.
• Follow established processes for documenting cost and inventory data.
• Perform reconciliations of financial accounts related to inventory.
• Provide support in preparing financial documentation for audits and other reporting requirements.
• Participate in inventory audits, which may involve occasional travel.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems or business software (experience with major platforms is a plus).
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient with common office software and data management tools.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
