This is a hybrid or remote opportunity depending on the final candidate’s location from the company’s offices. Candidates near our Napa, CA or East Lansing, MI offices are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, disability, and other statutory or company-provided leaves
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issues
- Coordinate multi-state benefits compliance and administration
- Lead and execute the annual Open Enrollment process
- Partner with vendors, payroll, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and leave programs
- Analyze and report on benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain benefits data integrity across HRIS and vendor systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- Proven experience in facilitating multi-state leave of absence workflows and compliance
- Highly skilled in data manipulation, interpretation, and reporting (e.g., Excel, BI tools)
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience managing Open Enrollment and working with benefits vendors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UKG or similar HRIS platforms
- CEBS or other HR/benefits-related certifications
