Who You Are

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support our BScheduler product — a dynamic, web-based scheduling platform. In this role, you'll work across the stack using Angular and .NET technologies to build and maintain scalable, performant features. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teammates to implement intuitive user interfaces and robust APIs.

This is a mid-level position (2–3 years of experience), ideal for someone ready to take ownership of end-to-end features and contribute to team best practices.

This position is fully remote and requires you to reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Domain Expertise

• Work independently on small to mid-sized features with minimal supervision.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of Angular, .NET, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement them efficiently across the full stack.
  
  

Full-Stack Development

• Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components with Angular and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services that support BScheduler.
• Ensure secure, performant data handling and seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
  
  

Delivery & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Manage your work in alignment with sprint goals and team priorities.
• Respond proactively to escalated support issues or time-sensitive bugs.
  
  

Code Quality & Mentorship

• Participate in code reviews, offering thoughtful feedback to uphold team standards.
• Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to internal documentation.
  
  

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and engineering peers.
• Communicate openly, seek input, and challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.
• Advocate for a user-first mindset, balancing delivery speed with quality and maintainability.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working in full-stack or frontend/backend development roles.
• Proficient in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, and frontend development principles.
• Proficient in .NET, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ to SQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and related branching models.
• Understanding of API development, security best practices, and backend integration.
• Ability to work with and extend existing codebases.
• Familiar with CI/CD workflows, Dependency Injection (DI), Inversion of Control (IoC), and Configuration Management.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including caching, DDD, and OOD.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues.
• Experience with debugging, automated testing (unit/integration), and collaborative development.
• Comfortable asking questions, voicing technical opinions, and justifying design decisions.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
