As The Marketing Manager, You Will

  • Maintain close relationships with business unit stakeholders and leaders to identify business opportunities, develop strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue, and ensure the credit union meets its annual goals.
  • Actively participate in teams to meet Credit Union, management, and department goals. Take a lead role in numerous Credit Union and department projects.
  • Analyze marketing plan results, recommend further improvement to leadership, and implement program enhancements. Ensure department reporting is timely and accurate.
  • Oversee all credit union events and financial literacy initiatives.
  • Provide input into the annual marketing budgeting strategic planning process.
  • Perform other functions and special projects that might be needed from time to time and assist others in completing tasks and assignments.

We Need You To Have

  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory position, plus five years of project or staff management experience.
  • A college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required. Equivalent work experience with required knowledge and skills may be substituted for a degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines and complete projects when needed.
