Essential Functions
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and process AR invoices in QB and Excel.
- Generate and process AR invoices in customer portal.
- Work with customers on invoice discrepancies.
- Responsible for understanding awarded contract billing units and the ability to respond to common inquiries from customers.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Strong knowledge of Excel preferred).
- Knowledge of desktop Quickbooks preferred.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, both electronic and verbal.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
- Experience with job costing preferred, but not required.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication to effectively present new concepts and drive outcomes.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines and meeting required deliverables.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of QB and wage determinations preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate degree in related field preferred, or a minimum of three years of accounting or invoicing experience.
- Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
