Facility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Location: Delray Beach, Florida

Shift: Full-Time Days

Pay Rate: Up to $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance, preventive maintenance, facility projects, and repairs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Maintain internal and external grounds and building equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure daily clean-up of work areas at the end of each shift or job completion.
• Respond to "on-call" emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance department in the absence of the Maintenance Director.
• Support with setup and breakdown for facility events and other tasks as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred.
• Skilled in painting, minor repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
