Position Summary:
This position is responsible for directing, implementing, and overseeing the community’s marketing policies, objectives, and
initiatives. Prepare and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to include resident and family community
relations. Review changes to the market place and adjust the plan accordingly. Maintain, record, and report the
results of the community’s strategic sales and marketing and public relations.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Nursing, or related field experience in
Marketing and Public Relations.

results of the community’s strategic sales and marketing and public relations.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Assisted Living Sales Manager and the Assisted Living Concierge to increase occupancy, meet
- Achieves move-in goals as identified by the Regional Director of Assisted Living.
- Develops tactics and timelines to meet sales’ objectives.
- Develops and implements a strategic sales plan by working with the Assisted Living Sales Manager, Assisted
Regional Director of Assisted Living.
- Plans and conducts tours, luncheons, seminars, and other special programs for referral groups and
- Develops strong relationships with referral sources to increase inquiries and partnership opportunities.
- Manages and maintains PCC/CRM on a daily basis to reflect current documentation and next steps for each
- Participates in community service and civic group activities.
- Ability to show the skill of asking thought-provoking questions and elicit introspective.
- Interacts with other Community Team Members by developing and maintaining rapport, demonstrating
- Evaluates the territory and competition for opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.
- Identifies potential strategic/high volume health care partners and develop long-term relationships.
- Develops and implements special events and activities in the community for increasing leads of prospective
- Monitors progress and adjusts the sales’ plan implementation on an ongoing basis.
- Researches and resolves in a timely manner all concerns or complaints reported by referral sources.
- Consistently establishes and reinforces networking relationships, finding and developing opportunities to
- Manages territory and time effectively.
- “Knows the competition” and applies that knowledge effectively.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Acts as a liaison between community resources and the Administrator and Assisted Living Manager.
- Is accountable to maintain projected census budget.
- Observes all work, safety and administrative policy training in performing all job assignments.
- Attends in-service training as required.
- Reports all suspicions of abuse, neglect and/or financial exploitations of a resident immediately to the
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Nursing, or related field experience in
Marketing and Public Relations.
- At least one (1) year experience in long term care, assisted living, senior living.
- Experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license and vehicle.
