The Information Systems & Database Specialist will support the organization-wide systems infrastructure. The Specialist will also provide troubleshooting and general IT support for users across the organization, including assistance with new staff workstation set-ups, equipment malfunctions and replacements, software problems, and upgrades etc. Additional areas of responsibility include coordination of IT services with support vendors, data collection, reporting & analysis, as well as sourcing for a variety of equipment and software needs ongoing support in maintaining our Salesforce platform.

Requirements
- Perform day-to-day operations, monitoring ticket response and completion.
- Solicit IT needs from staff and set priorities weekly in conjunction with the supervisor and other IT support staff.
- Maintain documentation for tracking current and outstanding IT needs.
- Provide troubleshooting and general support for IT issues, including workstations, servers, networking equipment, and VoIP. Triages, reviews, and resolves help desk ticket submissions and coordinates/evaluates the best solution, working with Salesforce.com, internal teams, and outside consultants.
- Serve as liaison with outside vendors; arrange for technical support and user training as necessary and appropriate.
- Initiate and support internal software program upgrades.
- Handle essential administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Provide support to and serve as a point of contact for internal customers who request routine information, data summaries, and/or reports. Share knowledge with internal customers about how to produce their own reports and use the systems effectively.
- Assist with Salesforce documentation for flows, business processes, and workflows.
- Complete regular internal system audits, prepare and assist with upgrades as applicable.
- Assist with basic configuration tasks within Salesforce, such as creating fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Knowledge of managing Azure, Intune, Policies, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDM, VPN, AV equipment, Router, Switches.
- High level of experience with Office 365.
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience assisting with the implementation of at least one ERP system.
- Experience with SOQL and/or SQL for querying data.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and the public.
- A BA or BS degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the IT field is required.
- $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience).
