Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will tell our story and help drive business goals through Rogue’s social media strategy, execution, and growth.

The Social Media Manager is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms
• Oversee all posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms and accounts
• Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones
• Uphold brand consistency by aligning messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms
• Act swiftly and independently to make content decisions, maintaining speed of execution while balancing collaboration
• Curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all social media accounts that captivates and grows our audience
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the impact of our Social Media activity and to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up to date on new and emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform your marketing strategies and help identify new opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Business preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing experience; retail industry preferred
• Has a passion for fitness and experience in gyms or fitness events (CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, etc.)
• Proven experience managing brand consistency across multiple social media accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to execute email operational tasks independently
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
