Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules across multiple construction jobs.
- Work closely with field supervisors and project managers to ensure timely execution of job tasks.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules based on changing conditions and availability of resources.
- Create and improve internal workflows to enhance scheduling efficiency and project tracking.
- Ensure clear communication with crews, subcontractors, and clients regarding timelines and expectations.
- Maintain scheduling databases and generate regular reports for leadership.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.
- Support logistics and operations functions to align scheduling with equipment and workforce availability.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a scheduling, operations coordination, or similar role in a construction or field service environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing scheduling processes is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in an onsite setting and coordinating with field personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent will be required.
