Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1-2 years of safety related experience
- The following certifications are preferred, but not required: OSHA certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Administer the documentation and reports when Workers' Compensation incidents occur.
- Complete the post-accident drug screen process in the local area and send necessary paperwork to the manager of Safety and Workers' Compensation.
- Update the Workers Compensation providers for all Ciocca Automotive locations.
- Coordinate accident investigations with the Safety and Workers' Compensation manager: including photos, completed accident reports, and coordinating treatment care.
- Update spreadsheets for vehicle accidents and workers compensation accidents.
- Performs safety audits in stores, reports any and all safety related issues to the Safety and Workers' Compensation Manager.
- Provide safety training and educational programs for employees.
- Schedules CPR/First Aid/AED trainings for the East and West Divisions.
