Location: Carlsbad, CA–hybrid schedule, Tuesday & Thursday in office
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
- Research, coordinate, and execute NAMM Show sponsorships and barters to drive revenue. This includes creative ideas, collaborating with internal departments, vendor outreach, communication with sponsors, and final fulfillment.
- Plan and oversee select receptions, industry gatherings, musical events, and meetings at trade shows and conferences.
- Work with Senior Event Manager to support education programs.
- Support Operations team with trade show and conference catering, AV production, floor plans, signage, attendee navigation plans, budget tracking, work orders, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate and communicate with Sales, Member Services, and Market Development departments to facilitate successful trade shows and programs.
- Travel to trade shows and conferences for final execution which includes the set up and tear down process.
- Assist the Operations team in executing tasks and managing projects related to trade shows and conferences, as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of tradeshow or conference event planning experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms and tools as assigned.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Budgeting and Expense Tracking: Skilled and experienced in creating, managing, and tracking budgets and expenses.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Passion for Excellence: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional results and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
