The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects across the Agile Institute. This role ensures the delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. The position plays a pivotal role in aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, driving efficiency, and providing strategic insight to stakeholders.

Responsibilties
A day in the life of a Project Manager at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:
- Manages and leads complex, large-scale projects from initiation to completion, to drive iterative progress and successful outcomes.
- Oversees project planning, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Prepares and delivers high-level presentations and comprehensive status reports to executives and stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Establishes transparent communication frameworks to ensure stakeholders remain informed of project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Provides strategic input to leadership, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and driving initiatives to meet network-wide goals.
- Tracks and ensures the successful execution of strategic initiatives by collaborating with executives and departmental leaders.
- Develops and monitors project schedules and workflows, to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices.
- Manages resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project success, maintaining high-quality standards and adaptability.
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust across teams.
- Manages confidential and time-sensitive materials with professionalism, ensuring prompt action and adherence to privacy standards.
- Synthesizes complex information into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences.
- Supports additional projects and duties as assigned, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to emerging priorities.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of project management or related experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact projects in healthcare or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Masters Degree.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Certification in Agile or other project management certification.
